DIVISIONAL NETBALL
Divisional netball is competitive netball and is for players aged 10-18 years (those born 2007 - 2014).

Divisional players will attend two club grading sessions where our grading committee can assess skill level to form teams at a similar ability. Decisions are based on different combinations and criteria to provide the best outcome for each child as well as the best interests of the club and association. Factors such as on court combinations, flexibility of player skills, team combinations from previous seasons and the competitive nature of players are all taken into account. Once teams are formed and submitted to SCNA, they will also undergo grading as a team to determine which division they will compete in for the season (Divisions 1 - 21). These gradings usually occur in March.

Training for divisional players will take place on Tuesday afternoon between the hours of 3:15pm and 5:30 pm at the Siena Primary or Secondary School. Fixtures take place at the Sunshine Coast Netball Association on Fishermans Road, Maroochydore on Saturdays.

REGISTRATION FEE: $370
NET SET GO WHITE

Net Set Go White is friendship based and is for players that are either 9 or 10 years old (born in 2013-2015). Generally these players have already played in Net Set Go Green or Gold.

This is usually the last year of playing Net Set Go and although non-competitive, players are expected to follow the full set of netball rules. Qualified umpires are assigned from the first round (the cost of using qualified umpires is reflected in the increased registration fees from Green/Gold).

Training for Net Set Go White players will take place on Tuesday afternoon between the hours of 3:15pm and 4:15 pm at the Siena Primary School. Fixtures take place at the Sunshine Coast Netball Association on Fishermans Road, Maroochydore on Saturdays.

NET SET GO GREEN & GOLD
Net Set Go Green and Gold is friendship based non competitive netball for players aged 7-9. Please note that players are able to register in the year that they turn 7 (born in 2016-2018).

Netball at this age is about learning to play as a team, developing new skills and making friendships along the way.
Our Green and Gold teams play with modified rules due to their younger age group. The games are non-competitive so are not scored and there is no ladder. Clubs provide an umpire for their teams (usually a beginner umpire).

WHERE DOES YOUR MONEY GO?
The Siena Netball Club component is $55. This amount is used to cover the cost of goods and equipment, various insurances, volunteer registration costs, coaching resources, workshops, the end of season awards and club break up. We are 100% volunteer run and pride ourselves on being one of the more affordable clubs on the Sunshine Coast. We also rely heavily on fundraising and sponsorships to support these wide and varied expenses.
FAIR PLAY VOUCHERS

We are a Fair Play Activity Provider. Parents, carers or guardians can apply for a voucher valued up to $200 for their child, which can be used towards sport and active recreation membership, registration or participation fees. There is a limit of one voucher per child per calendar year.
